Description du poste

Pour accroître son développement et consolider son équipe, nous recherchons run(e) Chargé(e) d’Affaires VRD Bâtiment en CDI.

Vous travaillerez pour les donneurs d’offres publics, mais également pour les industriels privés ou encore les aménageurs, et intervenez en étude sur les projets de la région.

Sous la responsabilité du Chef de Service Structure/VRD du pôle Bâtiment, vous prenez en charge tous les sujets liés aux terrassements, aux voiries et réseaux divers. Vous serez amené, sur des missions d’ingénierie, maîtrise d’œuvre, assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage, conseil, à intervenir sur des opérations extrêmement variées.

Pour chaque opération, en collaboration avec les différentes équipes affectées au projet, vous dirigez la conception des lots vous concernant, vous en menez les études techniques, établissez les pièces écrites, réaliser les pièces graphiques, les dimensionnements.

Vous avez également en charge la participation au concours, la responsabilité du visa des études d’exécutions et le contrôle de conformité sur chantier, jusqu’à la réception.

Vous interviendrez sur des projets, en construction neuve, extension ou réhabilitation de :

  • D’équipements publics : hôpitaux, établissements d'enseignement, équipements culturels et sportifs, parkings silos...),
  • D’équipements privés : EHPAD, tertiaire d'entreprise, locaux commerciaux et d'activités,
  • Industriels : bâtiments techniques, projet intégrant des process de fabrication, …

Qualifications

De formation BAC+5 (Master 2, EIVP, ENTPE, ESTP, Centrale, INSA ou équivalent) et expérimenté ou technicien expérimenté, vous accumulez de solides expériences en projets de VRD,

Vous disposez de 5 ans d’expérience minimum dans le domaine du VRD avec des références significatives en Maitrise d’œuvre.

Vous maîtrisez la règlementation française,

Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques, et savez utiliser les logiciels propres au métier et au dessin (REVIT, AUTOCAD, MENSURA, COVADIS…),

Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux, réactif, et respectez vos engagements.

Vous possédez de bonnes qualités rédactionnelles et une aisance relationnelle propice au travail en équipe. Vos qualités d’adaptation et votre sensibilité vous permettent de contribuer efficacement à des projets ayant des ambitions bas carbones élevées.
