1. Missão do Cargo

Apoiar a implementação e manutenção dos processos de controle de qualidade, garantindo que os produtos recebidos, armazenados e expedidos atendam aos padrões estabelecidos, contribuindo para a redução de não conformidades e melhoria contínua da operação.

2. Principais Responsabilidades

✅ Inspeção e Controle de Qualidade

  • Realizar inspeções visuais e conferências nos produtos recebidos e armazenados.
  • Verificar se os produtos atendem aos padrões de qualidade estabelecidos pela empresa e pelos fornecedores.
  • Identificar, registrar e reportar não conformidades, avarias e divergências nos produtos.

✅ Acompanhamento de Processos

  • Monitorar e conferir os procedimentos de separação, embalagem e expedição para garantir conformidade com os requisitos de qualidade.
  • Auxiliar na padronização de processos e boas práticas para redução de falhas operacionais.
  • Sugerir melhorias para otimizar os processos internos e minimizar riscos de perdas ou retrabalho.

✅ Documentação e Relatórios

  • Auxiliar na elaboração e preenchimento de checklists e registros de inspeção.
  • Manter a rastreabilidade dos produtos por meio do controle de registros.
  • Apoiar na organização e arquivamento de documentos relacionados à qualidade.

✅ Treinamento e Conscientização

  • Apoiar na conscientização da equipe sobre padrões de qualidade e boas práticas operacionais.
  • Auxiliar na comunicação de novas diretrizes e procedimentos para o time operacional.

3. Requisitos

Formação:

  • Ensino médio completo.
  • Cursos na área de qualidade, inspeção ou logística são diferenciais.

Experiência:

  • Desejável experiência anterior em controle de qualidade, inspeção de produtos ou logística.

Habilidades Técnicas:

  • Conhecimento básico em processos de controle de qualidade e inspeção.
  • Noções sobre normas de qualidade e boas práticas de armazenagem.
  • Facilidade no uso de checklists e sistemas para registros de inspeção.

Competências Comportamentais:

  • Atenção aos detalhes e senso crítico.
  • Organização e comprometimento com a qualidade.
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade para trabalho em equipe.

4. Diferenciais

  • Experiência com auditorias e procedimentos de certificação de qualidade.
  • Conhecimento em metodologias de qualidade, como 5S ou ISO 9001.
