Client Partner, Education Services

Own Relationships. Grow a Business. Make an Impact.

InGenius Prep helps students gain admission to leading U.S. colleges and graduate programs. We're looking for a Client Partner to own and grow long-term relationships with families.

This is a high-autonomy, relationship-driven role combining strategic account management, consultative sales, and client advocacy. You'll manage a portfolio of families, identify opportunities to provide additional value, build a local referral network, and bring new families into the business.

You won't be selling from a script or pushing products families don't need. You'll get to know your clients deeply, understand how their needs evolve, and work with our internal experts to shape the right solution. When there's a genuine opportunity to help, you'll own the conversation and the sale.

What You'll Do

  • Own a portfolio: Become the trusted point of contact for families and build relationships that extend beyond a single service or engagement.
  • Grow accounts: Identify evolving client needs, recommend relevant services, and own the process from opportunity through close.
  • Build your network: Develop local relationships with trusted professionals and generate new families through referrals.
  • Own new relationships: Lead referred families through discovery, solution development, sale, and onboarding.
  • Advocate for clients: Coordinate with advising and service teams to make sure families receive an exceptional experience.
  • Shape the business: Bring client insights to the team and help influence the solutions we develop.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a strong B2C relationship builder with commercial instincts. Your background could be in:

  • Premium or high-touch sales
  • Account management or client partnerships
  • Insurance or financial services
  • Wealth management or private client services
  • Luxury or premium consumer services
  • Education or international education
  • Other relationship-driven professional services

You should have a track record of building trust, growing client relationships, generating referrals, and confidently leading consultative sales conversations.

Higher education experience is a plus, but not required. We're more interested in your ability to understand sophisticated client needs and turn strong relationships into long-term value.

Chinese and English fluency is required.
