Vill du vara med och utveckla både människor och affärer? Vi söker en kommunikations- och tillväxtansvarig som vill ta ett brett ansvar och bidra till Ingenjörsfirmans fortsatta utveckling.

Om rollen

Som kommunikations- och tillväxtansvarig hos Ingenjörsfirman får du en bred och verksamhetsnära roll med ansvar för HR, marknad och kommunikation. Du skapar struktur och framdrift genom hela medarbetarresan, från rekrytering och onboarding till utveckling och arbetsrättsliga frågor. Du arbetar också med att stärka bolagets marknadsnärvaro och stöttar VD och verksamheten i affärs- och tillväxtfrågor.

I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

  • Ansvara för och utveckla bolagets interna och externa kommunikation.
  • Planera och genomföra marknadsföring, employer branding, event, kampanjer och innehåll.
  • Samordna hela rekryteringsprocessen, från behov och kravprofil till urval, intervjuer, erbjudande och uppföljning, tillsammans med rekryterande chef.
  • Utveckla onboarding och den samlade medarbetarresan.
  • Vara operativt och rådgivande HR-stöd till VD och chefer i arbetsrättsliga och personalrelaterade frågor.
  • Ansvara för CRM och säljstöd samt stötta kundbearbetning, uppföljning och andra affärsaktiviteter.
  • Stötta VD med underlag, koordinering och uppföljning kopplat till affärsplanen.
  • Bidra till att utveckla KPI:er, rapportering, processer och rutiner inom dina ansvarsområden.

Arbetet sker företrädesvis måndag till fredag 08:00-17:00 och du har stor frihet att planera din egen tid inom ramen för vad ditt arbete kräver.

Vem vi söker

Krav:

  • Flerårig erfarenhet av en bred roll inom HR, marknad, kommunikation, rekrytering eller verksamhets-/affärsstöd.
  • Erfarenhet av marknadsföring och intern och extern kommunikation.
  • God digital systemvana och förmåga att skapa struktur och arbetssätt.

Vi vill att du har en eftergymnasial utbildning inom något av områdena HR/personalvetenskap, marknad/kommunikation, ekonomi/management eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet.

Meriterande:

  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta nära VD/ledning och utveckla processer och arbetssätt i ett växande bolag.
  • Kunskap om svensk arbetsrätt och personalfrågor samt erfarenhet av chefsstöd.
  • Erfarenhet av rekrytering, onboarding, employer branding och utveckling av medarbetarresan.
  • Erfarenhet från konsult-, teknik- eller projektorienterad verksamhet.
  • Erfarenhet av CRM och administrativt stöd inom försäljning och marknad.
  • Kunskaper i InDesign, Photoshop, Canva eller motsvarande.
  • Erfarenhet av webbpublicering och arbete med företagets webbplats.

Det är meriterande om du har en vidareutbildning inom arbetsrätt, rekrytering, ledarskap, digital marknadsföring eller försäljning/CRM.

Du är självgående och strukturerad, bygger lätt förtroendefulla relationer, både internt och externt, och är skicklig på att anpassa din kommunikation efter mottagare och situation. Du kombinerar affärsmässighet och förståelse för verksamheten med hög integritet och gott omdöme. Som kollega är du prestigelös och samarbetsinriktad, samtidigt som du tar ansvar och driver dina frågor framåt. Du uppskattar en roll där du får kombinera strategiskt tänkande med praktiskt genomförande och kontinuerligt förbättringsarbete.
