The posting

Ingeteam, empresa líder especializada en ingeniería eléctrica y en el desarrollo de equipos eléctricos, motores, generadores y convertidores de frecuencia, busca incorporar un/a profesional técnico/a con formación eléctrica/electrónica para participar en la definición y mejora de la seguridad de los bancos de prueba de nuestras plantas productivas.

Buscamos especialmente perfiles con experiencia en entornos de ensayo, puesta en marcha, validación, automatización, mantenimiento eléctrico o commissioning industrial, con interés en evolucionar hacia un rol de especialización en seguridad técnica industrial.

Misión

Contribuir a garantizar la seguridad técnica de los bancos de prueba de las plantas productivas de Ingeteam, participando en la definición y estandarización de criterios, procedimientos y buenas prácticas a nivel global, especialmente en entornos eléctricos y de electrónica de potencia.

Funciones

  • Colaborar con los equipos técnicos de bancos de prueba de las distintas plantas productivas de Ingeteam.
  • Participar en la definición y mejora de criterios de seguridad eléctrica en entornos de ensayo industrial.
  • Dar soporte técnico en nuevos bancos de prueba, modificaciones de ingeniería y validaciones internas.
  • Participar en auditorías técnicas y seguimiento de acciones de mejora relacionadas con seguridad y operación segura de ensayos.
  • Contribuir a la estandarización global de procedimientos y metodologías de ensayo seguro entre plantas y laboratorios.
  • Colaborar en acciones de formación y sensibilización técnica relacionadas con seguridad industrial y buenas prácticas de ensayo.
  • Impulsar herramientas y metodologías de mejora continua para la gestión de riesgos.

Requisitos

  • Formación técnica: FP Grado Superior o Grado en Ingeniería, preferiblemente en Electricidad, Electrónica, Automatización o similares.
  • Experiencia en entornos industriales técnicos como: bancos de prueba, puesta en marcha, commissioning, validación, automatización, mantenimiento eléctrico industrial, SAT o ensayos de equipos eléctricos/electrónicos.
  • Capacidad para interpretar esquemas eléctricos y comprender sistemas eléctricos de potencia, protecciones e instrumentación.
  • Interés por desarrollarse en el ámbito de la seguridad técnica industrial.
  • Inglés B2.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar a las diferentes plantas productivas. En casos puntuales a ubicaciones internacionales.

Se valorará

  • Experiencia previa en seguridad industrial, LOTO, análisis de riesgos o normativa eléctrica.
  • Conocimiento de convertidores, drives, motores, generadores o electrónica de potencia.
  • Conocimiento de normativa técnica y seguridad industrial: IEC 60204, IEC 61010, IEC 61800, EN 50110, RD 614/2001, marcado CE, Directiva/Reglamento de Máquinas, etc.
