The posting

Ingeteam, empresa líder en ingeniería eléctrica y en el desarrollo de equipos eléctricos, motores, generadores y convertidores de frecuencia, busca incorporar para sus instalaciones de Sesma, Sarriguren (Pamplona), Zamudio u Ortuella un Ingeniero de Procesos para Bancos de Pruebas eléctricos.

La persona seleccionada se integrará en el equipo del Departamento de Operations C&C con el objetivo de garantizar la definición, estandarización y optimización de los procesos de producción y sus tiempos asociados, con el objetivo de mejorar la eficiencia operativa. El puesto se centra en el análisis de tiempos estándar, métodos de trabajo y gestión de operaciones básicas, contribuyendo a la mejora continua y productividad de la planta.

Responsabilidades:

  • Analizar y optimizar procesos de fabricación con estudios de tiempos y métodos (cronometraje, MTM) para definir estándares y secuencias operativas.
  • Desarrollar y mantener documentación técnica de procesos, y colaborar con producción, calidad e ingeniería para mejorar los estándares.
  • Impulsar mejoras Lean (VSM, Kaizen, 5S, SMED), elaborar reportes de productividad y gestionar datos en ERP/MES (SAP, Teamcenter).

Requisitos:

  • Formación: Grado en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería de Organización Industrial, Ingeniería en Tecnologías Industriales o Ingeniería de Fabricación/Procesos. Valorable formación en Lean Manufacturing o mejora continua.
  • Inglés: B2
  • Experiencia: Valorable experiencia de 1 año o más en entornos industriales.
  • Informática: SAP y Conocimientos de Microsoft Office. Valorable conocimiento de Power BI.
  • Competencias: Autonomía, alta capacidad de interacción con diferentes interlocutores, habilidades de negociación y capacidad para interpretar y gestionar distintas situaciones y perfiles profesionales, combinando conocimientos técnicos y habilidades interpersonales.
