The posting

Buscamos Jefe/a de Proyecto para nuestro negocio de Flexible Power Generation, donde la misión principal del puesto será:

- Realizar la supervisión de la ejecución de los proyectos, en representación de los intereses del cliente, desde la entrada del pedido hasta su entrega, asegurando que se cumplan los requerimientos del cliente (especificación técnica, fechas de entrega de documentación y máquina,) y los requerimientos internos (cumplimiento de la planificación de diseño, aprovisionamiento, fabricación, presupuesto, etc.).

- Ofrecer apoyo técnico a cliente y gestionar las modificaciones de pedido. Liderar las soluciones, si es el caso, integrando a los departamentos necesarios (fabricación, diseño, calidad, SAT, etc.). También, involucrarse en las reclamaciones durante el periodo de garantía, para mejorar la satisfacción del cliente.

Cometidos principales del puesto:

- Comunicación con el cliente siendo el contacto principal en la fase de ejecución del proyecto y nexo de unión en la empresa.

- Seguimiento al planning de diseño, aprovisionamiento y fabricación, PPI, etc.

- Acompañamiento al cliente durante su visita para reuniones, inspecciones, pruebas de aceptación (FAT), etc.

- Seguimiento de la ficha de costes y que lo presupuestado no se supera.

- Gestión de las modificaciones al pedido por parte del cliente, exigiendo revisiones a la especificación técnica si procede, y al contrato, si implica retrasos en la fecha de entrega y sobrecostes.

- Seguimiento de una correcta expedición de los productos, lo que implica interlocución con el departamento logístico.

- Seguimiento y revisión de la documentación de pedido (dossier técnico y de calidad) entregado a cliente.

- Involucrarse en las reclamaciones de cliente en periodo de garantía.

REQUISITOS:

- Estudios de ingeniería superior

- Excelente nivel de inglés.

- Buena aptitud de comunicación con clientes de forma hablada y escrita. Orientación al servicio y a la resolución de problemas.

- Disponibilidad y flexibilidad para trabajar en horarios coincidentes con los del cliente (períodos vacacionales, diferencias horarias,…).

- Disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente.

Se valorará:

- Experiencia en empresa industrial enfocada a proyectos.

- Conocimiento de otros idiomas (Euskera, alemán, francés)

- Formación reglada en jefatura de proyecto (PMP o similar)

- Conocimiento básico de SAP.

- Conocimiento técnico en máquinas eléctricas.
