Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Infraestrutura Cloud Jr (12x36 - Noturno) para atuar em uma operação de sustentação em ambiente AWS, contribuindo para a disponibilidade, estabilidade e continuidade operacional. Você fará parte de um time colaborativo, especializado, trabalhando em conjunto com equipes de Operações, Infraestrutura e Observabilidade, com oportunidades de desenvolvimento e crescimento profissional no universo Cloud.

Modelo de atuação:

  • Modelo: Híbrido
  • Escala: 12x36 (Noturno)
  • Horário: 19h às 07h

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Monitorar ambientes AWS, acompanhando disponibilidade, performance e comportamento da infraestrutura;
  • Atuar na identificação, registro e acompanhamento de incidentes, seguindo fluxos e SLAs definidos;
  • Realizar abertura, atualização e gestão de chamados em ferramentas ITSM;
  • Apoiar atividades operacionais de infraestrutura cloud, incluindo provisionamentos e rotinas de manutenção;
  • Utilizar ferramentas de monitoração e observabilidade para análise da saúde dos ambientes;
  • Garantir comunicação clara e estruturada durante as trocas de turno, assegurando a continuidade operacional;
  • Colaborar com equipes técnicas na execução de boas práticas de sustentação em nuvem;
  • Acionar níveis superiores de suporte quando necessário, garantindo agilidade na resolução de incidentes críticos.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Superior Completo
  • Conhecimento básico em AWS, adquirido por meio de experiência profissional, acadêmica ou projetos pessoais;
  • Conhecimentos em infraestrutura, suporte técnico ou monitoração de ambientes;
  • Familiaridade com conceitos de gestão de incidentes, SLA e ferramentas ITSM;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Perfil organizado, colaborativo e orientado ao trabalho em equipe;
  • Interesse em desenvolver carreira na área de Cloud Computing e Operações.

Será considerado um diferencial:

  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de monitoração e observabilidade, como Grafana, Datadog, Kibana ou similares;
  • Experiência em operações NOC ou monitoração de ambientes;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de colaboração e comunicação, como Slack.
  • Certificação AWS
