OVER DE FUNCTIE

Ben jij vandaag senior projectleider in de bouw en klaar voor de volgende stap? Dan is dit je kans om de volledige divisie Bouw te leiden. De divisie omvat wegenonderhoud, betonherstellingen, brugrenovaties, injectietechnieken voor waterdichting en structurele versterking, en groenonderhoud. Je stuurt vijf projectleiders aan en via hen de werfleiders, ploegbazen en arbeiders, op werven in Oost-Vlaanderen, het Waasland en de regio Antwerpen.

Deze familiale onderneming is al meer dan 40 jaar een vaste waarde in wegeniswerken en infrastructuur. Het gaat om een voltijdse vaste functie in een groeiende en ambitieuze familiale onderneming.

JOUW VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

  • Leiden van de divisie Bouw en operationeel beheren van alle bouwtechnische projecten, met focus op betontechnieken en burgerlijke bouwkunde.
  • Coachen en aansturen van vijf projectleiders en via hen de werfleiders, ploegbazen en arbeiders.
  • Sturen op budgetten, planningen en KPI’s en zo bijdragen aan het resultaat van het bedrijf.
  • Optimaliseren van bouwtechnische processen en innovatieve, efficiënte uitvoeringsmethodes introduceren.
  • Mee uitbouwen en laten groeien van de divisie, inclusief projectacquisitie en openbare aanbestedingen.

WIE WE ZOEKEN

  • Burgerlijk Ingenieur/Industrieel ingenieur Bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 10 jaar ervaring in de bouwsector, waarvan een stevig deel als senior projectleider of in een leidinggevende rol, bij voorkeur in betonherstel, kunstwerken of wegenbouw.
  • Ervaring met openbare aanbestedingen en projectacquisitie is een sterke troef.
  • Sterke people manager met een hands-on mentaliteit, die zich thuis voelt op de werf.
  • Communicatief sterk, analytisch en besluitvaardig, ondernemend en in staat je team te inspireren.
  • Goed georganiseerd, discreet en verantwoordelijk, een teamplayer met een doe mentaliteit.
