OVER DE FUNCTIE

Onze klant is een gevestigde organisatie binnen de dienstverlenende sector in Antwerpen. Door de groei van de organisatie staan er momenteel heel wat vacatures open, met een duidelijk zwaartepunt op IT profielen. Om dat volume op te vangen, zoeken we een Talent Acquisition Specialist die meteen operationeel meedraait en vacatures van A tot Z coördineert.

Het gaat om een voltijdse freelanceopdracht van 3 maanden met mogelijkheid tot verlenging, met een start zo snel mogelijk.

JOUW VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

  • Coördineren van een eigen portefeuille vacatures van A tot Z, met een focus op IT profielen.
  • Online plaatsen en beheren van vacatures in het ATS en opvolgen van de instroom.
  • Screenen van alle cv’s, zowel eigen instroom als kandidaten aangeleverd door externe partners.
  • Zelfstandig voeren van de eerste intakegesprekken met kandidaten en waar nodig aansluiten bij de tweede gesprekken op kantoor.
  • Actief sourcen via LinkedIn Recruiter om moeilijk invulbare IT profielen proactief te benaderen.
  • Plannen en opvolgen van gesprekken tussen kandidaten, hiring managers en HR.
  • Proactief opvolgen van hiring managers voor tijdige feedback op cv’s en gesprekken.
  • Inzetten van AI tools om sourcing, screening en kandidatencommunicatie efficiënter te maken.

WIE WE ZOEKEN

  • 2 tot 10 jaar ervaring als Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter of HR Officer met een duidelijke recruitmentfocus.
  • Ervaring met het volledige rekruteringsproces, van vacature tot aanbod.
  • Ervaring met het rekruteren van IT profielen is een groot pluspunt.
  • Vlotte kennis van LinkedIn Recruiter en een ATS
  • Vlot Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een groot pluspunt.
  • Bachelor of master diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
