OVER DE FUNCTIE

Deze regionale wegenbouwer maakt deel uit van een stevige Vlaamse groep in infrastructuur en verkeerstechniek met meer dan 40 jaar ervaring. De opdrachtgevers zijn grotendeels publiek (wegbeheerders, steden, gemeenten en rioolbeheerders), wat zorgt voor een gevuld en voorspelbaar orderboek.

Het bedrijf zit in een fase van professionalisering: de werking wordt verder gestructureerd en het niveau van de werfopvolging moet omhoog. Daarom zoeken we een ervaren werfleider die de spil vormt op de werf, gemiddeld 2 tot 3 werven tegelijk organiseert en een ploeg van 5 tot 10 mensen plus onderaannemers aanstuurt. Je krijgt echte ruimte om mee te bouwen aan hoe werven georganiseerd en opgevolgd worden.

Het gaat om een vaste, voltijdse functie met werven voornamelijk in Oost-Vlaanderen, het Waasland en de regio Antwerpen.

JOUW VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

  • Organiseren en coördineren van de dagelijkse uitvoering op 2 tot 3 werven tegelijk
  • Bewaken van de planning en mensen en materieel efficiënt inzetten
  • Coördineren van de materiaalaanvoer en de volledige werflogistiek
  • Aansturen van ploegbazen, arbeiders en onderaannemers, samen 5 tot 10 FTE
  • Controleren van de uitvoering aan plannen en bestekken en zelf correcte opmetingen uitvoeren
  • Opvolgen van wegenis, riolering, asfalt en betonwegen, fietspaden en huisaansluitingen tot en met de oplevering

WIE WE ZOEKEN

  • Bachelor bouw, of TSO of BSO bouw met sterke werfervaring; gelijkwaardig door ervaring is bespreekbaar
  • Bij voorkeur 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring als werfleider of ploegbaas in de bouw; met een bachelor bouw is 2 tot 3 jaar ervaring bespreekbaar
  • Praktische kennis van rioolaansluitingen, trottoiraanleg en graafwerken
  • Plannen en bestekken lezen en de uitvoering eraan toetsen, en correcte opmetingen uitvoeren
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van ploegbazen, arbeiders en onderaannemers
  • Vlot Nederlands en vlot werken met MS Office en Excel
