El próximo 27 de octubre, Cervecería Nacional será parte de una nueva edición de Speed Dating de Talento, en el Hotel Sortis de Ciudad de Panamá.

Un encuentro que reúne a empresas y profesionales en un formato diferente, donde el talento y las organizaciones tienen la oportunidad de conocerse de manera directa, más allá de los procesos tradicionales de selección.

En esta edición, Cervecería Nacional busca conocer profesionales con experiencia en estrategia comercial, análisis de datos y desarrollo de negocios, capaces de combinar visión estratégica, pensamiento analítico y liderazgo para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y fortalecer el desempeño comercial de la organización.

¿Dónde puede llevarte tu experiencia?

Cervecería Nacional busca conectar con talento para el perfil de Executive Strategic Accounts, orientado al diseño y desarrollo de estrategias comerciales, análisis de datos, optimización de canales de venta y expansión de oportunidades de negocio.

Una oportunidad para combinar visión estratégica, análisis de información y liderazgo, contribuyendo a la toma de decisiones que impulsen el crecimiento, la cobertura y la eficiencia comercial.

Esta búsqueda está orientada a profesionales semi senior y senior, interesados en formar parte de la comunidad de talento de Cervecería Nacional y explorar futuras oportunidades dentro de la organización.

¿Cuáles serían tus principales desafíos?

  • Analizar el desempeño comercial, las tendencias del mercado y los indicadores de negocio para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento.
  • Participar en el diseño y desarrollo de estrategias comerciales alineadas con los objetivos de la organización.
  • Evaluar y optimizar estrategias de ventas, canales de distribución y cobertura comercial.
  • Identificar oportunidades de desarrollo de negocios y expansión de mercado.
  • Transformar información y análisis de datos en recomendaciones estratégicas para la toma de decisiones.
  • Desarrollar reportes, indicadores y herramientas de seguimiento del desempeño comercial.
  • Colaborar con diferentes áreas para impulsar proyectos e iniciativas estratégicas.
  • Coordinar y liderar equipos o proyectos, promoviendo el cumplimiento de objetivos.

¿Qué experiencia y conocimientos buscamos?

  • Formación universitaria en Administración de Empresas, Negocios Internacionales, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Finanzas o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia semi senior o senior en estrategia comercial, planificación de ventas, análisis de negocios o desarrollo comercial.
  • Experiencia en diseño e implementación de estrategias comerciales, gestión de canales y desarrollo de oportunidades de crecimiento.
  • Sólida capacidad analítica para interpretar información comercial, identificar tendencias y desarrollar recomendaciones de negocio.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel y experiencia con Power BI, SAP u otras plataformas de análisis de datos.
  • Experiencia en seguimiento de indicadores comerciales, elaboración de reportes y análisis de desempeño.
  • Experiencia en manejo de personal y habilidades de liderazgo.
  • Inglés avanzado, oral y escrito.
