Le poste

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) de Direction Technique (équipe GRC & Résilience) afin d'accompagner notre direction et nos équipes spécialisées en gouvernance, risques, conformité et résilience.

Rattaché(e) au Directeur GRC & Résilience, vous assurez un rôle clé dans l'organisation et le suivi des activités de l'équipe.

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

  • Assurer l'assistanat du Directeur GRC & Résilience dans la gestion quotidienne de ses activités.
  • Organiser et coordonner les réunions, préparer les supports et rédiger les comptes-rendus.
  • Assurer le suivi administratif et commercial des dossiers clients.
  • Participer au suivi de l'activité de l'équipe à travers les tableaux de bord et reportings.

Profil recherché

Vos atouts et compétences clés pour le poste :

  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie sur un poste d'assistanat de direction, d'assistanat de projets ou de coordination administrative.
  • Vous faites preuve d'organisation, de rigueur et de discrétion.
  • Vous possédez de bonnes qualités rédactionnelles et relationnelles.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques et collaboratifs Microsoft 365 (notamment Excel)
  • Vous êtes autonome, proactive et appréciez le travail en équipe.
  • Une connaissance de l'environnement IT, du conseil ou de la cybersécurité constitue un atout.
