Wie wij zijn

Wij zijn Inhousify, een bureau dat werkt voor diverse startups, scale-ups en talloze andere organisaties die willen groeien. We beschouwen ons als de inhouse recruiter, vandaar Inhousify :)

Onze aanpak is vernieuwend, kwalitatief beter, lange termijn gericht en stukken goedkoper dan de conventionele partijen in de markt.

Wat wij anders doen? Wij helpen onze klanten met werving & selectie en verschillende HR vraagstukken en opereren volledig vanuit onze klant. Wij zorgen dat we deze organisaties door-en-door kennen voordat we aan een opdracht beginnen, optimaliseren het recruitmentproces en worden niet beloond per plaatsing maar voor de toegevoegde waarde die we leveren. Hierdoor ontstaat een langdurige relatie. Wij zijn gebaat bij echte matches en cultuur fit; de win-win vinden, dat is waar wij goed in zijn. En dat vinden we niet alleen zelf, dat vinden ook onze klanten.

Wat je gaat doen

Inhousify werkt anders dan traditionele recruitmentbureaus. Onze klanten en kandidaten hebben ervaren welke voordelen dit biedt. Maar, we willen ook dat nieuwe klanten en potentiële kandidaten ons weten te vinden. Het versterken van employer branding speelt hierin een cruciale rol.

Je speelt een belangrijke rol bij marketingcampagnes, content marketing, lead generation en het meten van resultaten. Daarnaast ben je ook betrokken bij het beheer en optimalisatie van de website en onze huidige communicatiekanalen.

Job requirements

Wat jij biedt

  • Student op HBO of WO niveau in de richting van marketing, communicatie, bedrijfskunde of andere marketing gerelateerde studies;
  • Affiniteit en/of ervaring met het opzetten van marketingcampagnes (B2B) is een pré;
  • Je vindt het leuk mee te denken over strategie, bent proactief en durft je mening te geven;
  • Je legt de lat hoog, werkt zelfstandig en kan pakkend schrijven;
  • Vloeiend Nederland en Engels in taal en geschrift;
  • Je hebt een vlotte pen en haalt energie uit creatief schrijven.
