Pflegefachperson HF mit Schwerpunkt Psychiatrie 80 % in der Funktion als stellvertretende Teamleitung

Ihr Arbeitsgebiet umfasst folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Sie begleiten und unterstützen Menschen mit psychischen Beeinträchtigungen in ihrem Alltag und fördern ihre Selbstständigkeit sowie ihre Teilhabe
  • Sie unterstützen die Teamleitung in der fachlichen und organisatorischen Führung des Teams und vertreten diese bei deren Abwesenheit
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit internen und externen Fachstellen, gesetzlichen Vertretungen und Angehörigen zusammen

Sie bringen mit:

  • Fachspezifische Ausbildung (Pflege HF, FaGe, Sozialpädagogik HF, FaBe MmB)
  • Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, auch in unerwarteten Situationen ruhig und lösungsorientiert zu handeln
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Word, Excel und Outlook
