  • Translate complex data, insights, and strategies into clear, concise, persuasive, and visually compelling communications.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource in client and internal discussions, explaining solution capabilities, strategic recommendations, measurement approaches, and relevant pricing considerations.
  • Build alignment and gain cooperation across cross-functional stakeholders by using data and facts, addressing concerns directly, and connecting recommendations to shared outcomes.

  • Support development and continuous improvement of selling processes, strategic frameworks, templates, and client-facing materials.
  • Share solution and process updates with internal partners and provide guidance that helps teams apply current capabilities consistently.
  • Follow through on commitments, communicate proactively when priorities or challenges change, and take ownership of assigned outcomes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
