En Inmunotek estamos creciendo y por ello necesitamos incorporar a nuestro departamento de I+D un/a Técnico/a de I+D en nuestra planta de Alcalá de Henares

Te encargarás de:

  • Preparar y realizar los experimentos asignados para el desarrollo y la caracterización de extractos alergénicos, alérgenos y formulaciones para inmunoterapia, incluidos alergoides y conjugados con manano cuando proceda, siguiendo los diseños, protocolos y objetivos acordados con los responsables científicos.
  • Realizar de forma habitual, sistemática y reproducible los análisis y tareas rutinarias asignados según las necesidades y prioridades de I+D.
  • Preparar, identificar, conservar y gestionar muestras, reactivos, tampones y materiales de trabajo.
  • Participar en la obtención, purificación o modificación de alérgenos y en su caracterización bioquímica e inmunológica, incluidos contenido proteico, reconocimiento por anticuerpos y estabilidad, según los proyectos asignados.
  • Colaborar en el desarrollo, optimización y evaluación de la reproducibilidad de los métodos; detectar dificultades técnicas y proponer mejoras.
  • Contribuir a la redacción y actualización de protocolos y procedimientos y al apoyo experimental de las validaciones o transferencias acordadas con los departamentos responsables.
  • Registrar de forma completa y trazable las condiciones experimentales, datos brutos, cálculos, reactivos, equipos e incidencias. Procesar los resultados, comprobar los controles y comunicar desviaciones o resultados inesperados.
  • Elaborar hojas de resultados, resúmenes e informes técnicos para su revisión por los responsables.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Grado o licenciatura en Biología, Bioquímica, Biotecnología, Farmacia, Química, Biomedicina o titulaciones afines.
  • A partir de un año de experienica realizando las tareas descritas.
  • Experiencia práctica demostrable en ELISA, Western blot y SDS-PAGE.
  • Experiencia en preparación de muestras y diluciones, uso de controles, ejecución y evaluación técnica de resultados.
  • Manejo de hojas de cálculo, preparación de gráficas y cálculos básicos de laboratorio
  • Inglés B1.

  • Contratación indefinida.
  • Condiciones económicas según valía del candidato/a.
  • Seguro médico privado.
  • Jornada completa L-V 07:00 a 15:00.

Se valorará positivamente

Trabajo con extractos alergénicos, alérgenos, sueros o determinaciones de IgE/IgG. Experiencia en ensayos de inhibición/competición, cuantificación de proteínas, purificación, actividad enzimática o estudios de estabilidad.
