Job description

As an AdTech & Digital Operations Expert within the INNOCEAN Europe Media Team, you will be responsible for evaluating, introducing, and enabling AdTech platforms and digital tools across our European entities. In this role, you will bridge European regional headquarters with local entities, ensuring all markets operate under standardized guidelines while maximizing operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate AdTech and digital solutions, manage vendor relationships, and support the introduction of new tools.
  • Define fee structures, operational frameworks, and usage guidelines for all local entities.
  • Lead onboarding sessions, workshops, and trainings to ensure successful adoption.
  • Monitor implementation, compliance with guidelines, and overall tool utilization across markets.
  • Support local teams through regular reviews, troubleshooting, and operational guidance.
  • Lead and track the rollout of digital initiatives, including Data-Driven Marketing (DDM) projects.
  • Represent the media team in discussions related to digital initiatives and AdTech frameworks.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem and AdTech/MarTech solutions, including DSPs, DMPs, CDPs, analytics tools, and Data-Driven Marketing.
  • Understanding of SaaS and AdTech fee structures, commercial models, and agency workflows.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business guidelines.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital media, AdTech operations, or media solution management.
  • Experience introducing and rolling out digital or AdTech platforms across multiple markets.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex AdTech concepts clearly to both local teams and key stakeholders.
  • Fluent English (additional European languages an advantage but not required)
