April 2027 suchen wir eine/n \\VR\\-Präsident/in für die Solothurner Spitäler (soH)\\ \\Anforderungsprofil Präsidium:\\ Sie sind eine integrative, unabhängige, integre und authentische Führungspersönlichkeit mit ausgewiesener Erfahrung auf oberster strategischer und/oder operativer Ebene; idealerweise in grösseren, komplexen Organisationen. Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Gesundheitswesens und ein funktionierendes Netzwerk. Sie verstehen politische Prozesse, Public Corporate Governance und institutionelle Rahmenbedingungen. Sie haben Transformationsprozesse erfolgreich gestaltet und können die relevanten Anspruchsgruppen auf diesem Weg mitnehmen. Im Idealfall verfügen Sie bereits über Erfahrung als Verwaltungsratspräsident/in. Sie überzeugen durch hohe Kommunikationskompetenz, Entschlussfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen. Die Fähigkeit zur strukturierten Gremienarbeit sowie eine hohe Präsenz und die Bereitschaft zur aktiven Beziehungspflege nach innen und aussen runden Ihr Profil ab. Für das Präsidium wird von einem Pensum von rund 30 Prozent ausgegangen. \\Anforderungen an das Gesamtgremium:\\ Die Mitglieder des Verwaltungsrats identifizieren sich mit der Eignerstrategie sowie den gesundheitspolitischen Rahmenbedingungen des Kantons Solothurn. Sie kennen die regionale Versorgungslandschaft und verstehen sich als aktive Botschafterinnen und Botschafter der soH gegenüber Politik, Öffentlichkeit und weiteren Anspruchsgruppen.
