INNOVA Advokatfirma søger jurastuderende til praktikforløb svarende til 20 ECTS-point

Har du lyst til at være en del af et dynamisk, hurtigtvoksende og moderne advokatfirma i Aarhus – og samtidig få muligheden for at anvende teori i praksis?

Vi søger en studerende med interesse for både privat- og erhvervsretlige forhold, der befinder sig på jurastudiets overbygning, der har interesse i et praktikforløb som en del af uddannelsens overbygning svarende til 20 ECTS-point.

Vi lægger vægt på, at du er energisk, udadvendt, fagligt dygtig og kan arbejde selvstændigt. Du vil naturligvis få en grundig oplæring i INNOVAs systemer.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver vil bl.a. være:

  • Håndtering af insolvensretlige problemstillinger og praktisk konkursbehandling,
  • Assistance med selskabsretlige forhold samt M&A,
  • Entrepriseretlige opgaver,
  • Håndtering af erhvervsretlige tvister, herunder undersøgelse af juridisk litteratur, retspraksis mv.
  • Udarbejdelse af kommercielle kontrakter,
  • Assistance i forbindelse med privatretlige forhold, samt
  • Bred servicering af kontorets jurister i øvrigt.

Du vil derudover have stor mulighed for selv at præge dit forløb, samt tage med kontorets jurister ud af huset til møder og i retten.
