Procuramos uma pessoa para atuar como Web Designer, com olhar criativo, atenção aos detalhes e domínio de ferramentas de design e desenvolvimento web, para cuidar do site institucional e das landing pages da empresa, trabalhando em conjunto com o time de marketing, desde a criação dos layouts até a publicação das páginas.

Suas principais responsabilidades serão:

  • Criar, desenvolver e manter o site institucional e as landing pages de campanhas;
  • Desenvolver layouts e interfaces, transformando necessidades de marketing em experiências digitais atrativas e funcionais;
  • Implementar e publicar páginas, garantindo qualidade visual, responsividade e bom desempenho;
  • Aplicar boas práticas de SEO, contribuindo para a visibilidade e o posicionamento das páginas nos mecanismos de busca;
  • Apoiar a realização de testes e otimizações de páginas, com foco em conversão e experiência do usuário;
  • Garantir a consistência da identidade visual da marca em todas as páginas desenvolvidas;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com o time de marketing no planejamento e na execução de projetos e campanhas digitais;
  • Acompanhar a evolução do site e propor melhorias contínuas em layout, usabilidade e performance.

Para essa oportunidade, buscamos alguém com:

  • Experiência com Figma ou ferramentas similares de design;
  • Conhecimento em construção e manutenção de sites, especialmente WordPress, HTML, CSS e JavaScript;
  • Noções de SEO e otimização de performance de páginas;
  • Portfólio com projetos desenvolvidos e publicados.

Será um diferencial:

  • Experiência com empresas B2B ou do segmento de tecnologia;
  • Conhecimento em integração de formulários com RD Station;
  • Noções de ferramentas de analytics e acompanhamento de métricas.
