Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Manutenção para integrar nossa equipe e atuar na área de manutenção predial, com foco no controle, acompanhamento e melhoria dos processos técnicos de manutenção.

Essa posição é fundamental para apoiar a gestão predial, garantindo o cumprimento do plano de manutenção preventiva e corretiva, a qualidade dos registros técnicos, a fiscalização dos serviços executados e a busca contínua por melhorias nos sistemas, equipamentos e rotinas operacionais.

Principais atividades:

  • Apoiar as equipes de manutenção na execução e acompanhamento das atividades técnicas;
  • Acompanhar o desempenho dos sistemas e equipamentos sob sua responsabilidade;
  • Apoiar a elaboração, execução e controle dos planos de manutenção preventiva e corretiva;
  • Realizar auditorias, inspeções técnicas e diagnósticos de falhas;
  • Desenvolver, revisar e validar documentos técnicos, especificações, relatórios e pareceres;
  • Contribuir para estudos de confiabilidade, melhoria contínua e otimização dos processos de manutenção;
  • Fiscalizar serviços contratados, acompanhando a execução e avaliando a conformidade das atividades;
  • Garantir o cumprimento de normas técnicas, procedimentos internos e requisitos de segurança;
  • Apoiar a padronização das atividades e o desenvolvimento de boas práticas junto à equipe técnica;
  • Apoiar decisões técnicas, planejamento de intervenções críticas e implantação de novas tecnologias;
  • Garantir a qualidade dos registros e informações técnicas dos equipamentos;
  • Atuar em interface com fornecedores, prestadores de serviços e áreas internas.

Requisitos e qualificações:

  • Formação técnica ou superior completa em Elétrica, Eletrotécnica, Eletromecânica, Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia Civil, Controle e Automação ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência em manutenção predial, facilities, gestão técnica de sistemas ou coordenação de atividades de manutenção;
  • Vivência com fiscalização técnica de serviços contratados;
  • Conhecimento em planos de manutenção preventiva e corretiva;
  • Desejável conhecimento em elaboração de especificações técnicas, pareceres e diagnósticos de falhas;
  • Desejável experiência em empreendimentos corporativos, hospitais, aeroportos, indústrias ou instalações de alta complexidade;
  • Conhecimento em normas técnicas, procedimentos de segurança e boas práticas de manutenção.
