Estamos em busca de um(a) Estagiário(a) de Engenharia Civil para apoiar o processo de implantação e organização do sistema de gestão de documentos, plantas e arquivos técnicos do empreendimento.

Essa pessoa atuará no suporte à organização do acervo técnico, realizando o carregamento, conferência, classificação e controle de plantas, projetos, memoriais, especificações e demais documentos relacionados às áreas de arquitetura, civil, elétrica, hidráulica, climatização, automação, prevenção e combate a incêndio e demais sistemas prediais.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Apoiar a implantação do sistema de gestão de documentos técnicos do empreendimento;
  • Realizar o carregamento de plantas, projetos, memoriais, especificações e arquivos técnicos no sistema;
  • Classificar documentos conforme padrões, diretórios, disciplinas, pavimentos, sistemas e equipamentos;
  • Conferir nomenclatura, identificação, formato, revisão, data e localização dos arquivos antes da inclusão no sistema;
  • Apoiar a organização e padronização do acervo técnico em pastas de rede, plataformas colaborativas e demais repositórios;
  • Identificar documentos duplicados, incompletos, desatualizados ou sem adequada identificação, direcionando para avaliação dos responsáveis;
  • Apoiar o controle de revisões de projetos e documentos técnicos;
  • Auxiliar na localização e disponibilização de plantas, projetos e documentos solicitados pelas equipes técnicas;
  • Apoiar a organização de documentos “as built” e demais registros técnicos de obras, projetos e modificações realizadas no empreendimento;
  • Auxiliar na leitura e interpretação básica de plantas, desenhos e projetos técnicos;
  • Apoiar a elaboração e atualização de planilhas, controles, inventários, listas mestras e relatórios de acompanhamento;
  • Coletar, organizar e consolidar informações fornecidas pelas áreas técnicas, projetistas, fornecedores e demais envolvidos;
  • Apoiar o Supervisor de Projetos Técnicos e os Consultores Técnicos na organização e preparação de documentos relacionados a projetos e intervenções;
  • Apoiar ajustes simples em arquivos de desenho, como nomenclaturas, carimbos, organização de layers e adequações padronizadas, sempre sob orientação;
  • Auxiliar na conversão, organização e preparação de arquivos em formatos adequados para inclusão no sistema;
  • Apoiar auditorias e verificações do acervo técnico, disponibilizando arquivos, controles e informações solicitadas;
  • Cumprir os procedimentos internos, padrões documentais e orientações aplicáveis à gestão do acervo técnico.

Requisitos

  • Cursando graduação em Engenharia Civil;
  • Conhecimento básico em leitura e interpretação de plantas, projetos e desenhos técnicos;
  • Habilidade com planilhas e organização de controles;
  • Boa comunicação, organização e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Interesse em atuar com gestão documental técnica, projetos, engenharia e organização de acervo técnico;
  • Conhecimento básico em ferramentas de desenho técnico será considerado um diferencial.
