Responsabilidades:

Gestão Operacional: Planejar, organizar e acompanhar as rotinas, garantindo o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos, requisitos contratuais e níveis de serviço.

Liderança de Equipes: Liderar e desenvolver equipes operacionais e lideranças intermediárias, definindo metas, acompanhando o desempenho e realizando feedbacks.

Planejamento de Recursos: Assegurar o dimensionamento adequado das equipes e a alocação eficiente dos recursos necessários à operação.

Indicadores e Resultados: Monitorar indicadores operacionais, financeiros e de qualidade, analisar desvios e implementar planos de ação.

Gestão de Custos: Acompanhar custos e orçamento operacional, buscando eficiência, produtividade e otimização de recursos.

Clientes e Fornecedores: Conduzir alinhamentos, negociações, tratativas de ocorrências e resolução de problemas, mantendo um relacionamento profissional com as partes envolvidas.

Segurança e Conformidade: Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança, legislação aplicável, políticas internas e requisitos do cliente.

Relatórios Gerenciais: Conduzir reuniões de resultados, elaborar análises e apresentações e reportar o desempenho da operação à liderança.

Melhoria Contínua: Identificar e implementar melhorias nos processos, atuando preventivamente na gestão de riscos e na continuidade operacional.
