Als Business Consultant Data & Digital help je onze klanten om meer waarde uit hun data en digitale mogelijkheden te halen. Onze klanten zijn vooral actief in de maakindustrie en groothandel, maar we bewegen ons ook steeds meer richting het publieke domein.

Je duikt in vraagstukken, onderzoekt wat er écht nodig is en werkt samen met de klant toe naar de beste oplossing. Dat kan gaan over productdata en PIM, maar ook over transactionele data, dashboards, data-analyse of nieuwe ontwikkelingen zoals AI. Ook help je klanten om te voldoen aan regelgeving rondom bijvoorbeeld PPWR, CSRD en het Digital Product Passport.

Je werkt veel aan het uitdenken en voorbereiden van oplossingen. Je vertaalt klantvragen naar concrete requirements, user stories of andere input waarmee onze architecten en developers direct aan de slag kunnen. Voor kleinere vraagstukken kun je dit ook rechtstreeks met het team oppakken.

Daarnaast geef je workshops en trainingen aan klanten, signaleer je nieuwe kansen en werk je deze samen met de klant uit tot een concreet voorstel. Je bent daarbij niet verantwoordelijk voor de financiële uitwerking, maar zorgt er wel voor dat duidelijk is wat we voor de klant kunnen betekenen en waarom.

Nieuwsgierigheid is daarbij essentieel. Je volgt ontwikkelingen, zoekt dingen uit, bezoekt beurzen en kijkt continu naar nieuwe mogelijkheden. En natuurlijk gebruik je daarbij volop de mogelijkheden die AI biedt.

Dit is wat we van jou verwachten

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en woonachtig in Nederland;
  • Circa 3-7 jaar relevante werkervaring, bijvoorbeeld als business consultant, functioneel consultant, informatieanalist of in een vergelijkbare rol;
  • Je vindt adviseren leuk en krijgt energie van het samen met een klant vinden van de beste oplossing;
  • Je bent onderzoekend, analytisch en vooral erg nieuwsgierig;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en vindt het leuk om workshops of trainingen te geven.
  • Je ziet kansen bij klanten en vindt het leuk om deze verder uit te werken;
  • Je kunt de taal van de business vertalen naar concrete oplossingen voor IT en andersom;
  • Je kunt requirements en user stories opstellen en kleinere vraagstukken zelfstandig vertalen naar het developmentteam;
  • Je hebt affiniteit met data, digitale technologie en AI;
  • Kennis van PIM is een absolute pré. Ervaring met bijvoorbeeld SyncForce, Inriver of Sales Layer is mooi meegenomen; Ervaring met bovenstaande competenties is niet vereist. We zoeken vooral iemand die graag leert, vragen stelt en zich nieuwe materie snel eigen maakt.
