Sobre nuestro proyecto 🚀

Innovamat es un proyecto educativo que revoluciona el aprendizaje de las matemáticas. Transformamos el aula para emocionar, motivar y estimular a niños y niñas fomentando aprendizajes significativos. Para conseguirlo, ofrecemos a las escuelas recursos de calidad, material manipulativo, formación para el profesorado, un atlas matemático, gestor de aula y formación docente.

En otras palabras, trabajamos para que las mates sean accesibles, emocionantes y sirvan para que nuestros alumnos se enfrenten con espíritu crítico al mundo que nos rodea.

La comunidad Innovamat 🏢

Somos una red de más de 325 personas apasionadas por la didáctica, las matemáticas y la tecnología. Todo este engranaje ha provocado que hayamos llegado a más de 2.600 escuelas, lo que son más de 50 000 alumnos y alumnas y 22 000 docentes.

Empezamos en Cataluña, y hemos conseguido llegar a escuelas de todo el territorio estatal y América Latina (Chile, Ecuador y México). Este año llegaremos a escuelas de Italia, EEUU y Colombia y Perú.

Tu misión en Innovamat 🎯

Formarás parte de nuestro equipo de Sales Colombia y desempeñarás un rol clave en la expansión del proyecto en Latam.

Tu día a día en Innovamat 🏁

Con las escuelas que todavía no hacen Innovamat:

  • Acompañarás a las escuelas interesadas en el proyecto desde su primera reunión hasta que decidan apostar por Innovamat.
  • Harás la presentación del proyecto, las demostraciones, resolverás dudas y llevarás el seguimiento del proceso de venta (llamadas/correos) y los cierres económicos.
  • Registrarás todo el proceso en el CRM.

Con las escuelas que ya hacen Innovamat:

  • Conocerás a todos los equipos directivos y claustros de las escuelas que se te asignen.
  • Planificarás llamadas, encuentros y otras situaciones para facilitar la integración del proyecto en el centro.
  • Detectarás posibles problemas y/o necesidades de los centros para poder acordar soluciones ¡y que su experiencia con Innovamat sea lo mejor posible! 🙌

¿Qué buscamos en ti? 🔍

  • 1 año de experiencia realizando tareas similares o como SDR, Account Executive o Sales Representative.
  • Pasión por contribuir en el impacto de nuestra propuesta.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación, que son un must.
  • Que no aceptes un no por respuesta.
  • Resiliencia y perseverancia.
  • Dinamismo y proactividad en la resolución de problemas con capacidad de aprendizaje y adaptación.
  • Organización, entusiasmo y curiosidad.
  • Ganas de conseguir los objetivos esperados.
  • Dominio de las TIC a nivel usuario.

Y sobre todo… ¡Ganas de cambiar el mundo y pasarlo bien!

Y si además…

  • Has formado parte de una Startup.
  • Tienes experiencia educativa en el aula, como monitor/a...

… sería maravilloso (¡aunque no imprescindible!).
