A Innovamat é uma empresa que desenvolve uma proposta educacional com o objetivo de impulsionar a aprendizagem por competências, personalizada e profunda, da matemática. Dirigida a crianças e jovens de 3 a 16 anos, prioriza a compreensão dos conteúdos e o desenvolvimento de habilidades matemáticas ligadas à resolução de problemas, fomentando a aprendizagem através da experimentação, da conversação e da prática individualizada. Oferecemos trajetórias de aprendizagem sequenciadas, recursos, formação e acompanhamento à comunidade educativa, com o apoio de especialistas em didática da matemática.

Estamos crescendo rapidamente no Brasil e buscamos um(a) profissional que lidere a implementação do nosso programa como um projeto: com estratégia, operação, dados e relacionamento de alto nível.

Seus principais desafios 🎯

  • Liderar a implementação do programa Innovamat em escolas e redes de ensino como um projeto completo (ponta a ponta): planejamento, execução, acompanhamento e resultados.
  • Gerir o relacionamento estratégico com stakeholders-chave: direções escolares, coordenações e secretarias de educação.
  • Estruturar, otimizar e escalar os processos operacionais de implementação, apoiando-se em dados, planilhas e ferramentas de IA.
  • Gerir um portfólio de parcerias, impulsionando renovações e expansões.
  • Traduzir a complexidade de cada implementação em planos claros, com metas, indicadores e follow-up rigoroso.
  • Colaborar de perto com o time de assessoria didática para garantir que a proposta pedagógica seja implementada com fidelidade — com o suporte do time especialista.
  • Atuar em um ambiente dinâmico e acelerado, gerando impacto significativo nas salas de aula de matemática.

O que buscamos em você? 🔍

  • Imprescindível experiência sólida em gestão de projetos e/ou operações (project management, implementação, operações ou consultoria).
  • Mentalidade de consultoria / resolução de problemas: pensamento estruturado, com foco em otimização e escalabilidade.
  • Fluência operacional com planilhas, dados e ferramentas de IA.
  • Capacidade de liderança: liderar processos, relações institucionais e, progressivamente, pessoas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e presença executiva.
  • Autonomia, organização e forte orientação a resultados (ownership).
  • Conforto com ambiguidade, pressão e ritmo acelerado.
  • Disponibilidade para viajar.
  • Falar espanhol.

E se além disso…

  • Você tiver formação em Matemática, Engenharia, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Tiver experiência prévia em consultoria (estratégia/operações) ou em organizações de impacto social/educacional.
  • Tiver experiência de relacionamento com secretarias de educação / setor público (B2G).
  • Tiver vivência em EdTech ou em start-ups de alto crescimento.
  • Tiver profundidade didática/pedagógica — será um diferencial, embora não imprescindível, pois o time já conta com forte suporte pedagógico.
