Has estudiat Matemàtiques, Física o Enginyeria, has fet (o estàs fent) el Màster de Professorat i t'agrada ensenyar? Però potser et preguntes si l'únic camí és una aula. Aquest rol és una altra manera de fer educació: en lloc d'arribar a 30 alumnes, ajudes centenars de docents de Secundària de Catalunya a ensenyar millor les matemàtiques.

Innovamat és una organització educativa centrada en l'aprenentatge de les matemàtiques. El seu propòsit és contribuir a millorar com s'aprèn aquesta ciència, oferint recursos, formació i recerca a la comunitat educativa.

Sobre el rol 🎯

T'incorporaràs a l'equip que acompanya els centres de Secundària. Al principi aprendràs al costat de formadors/es amb experiència: observaràs formacions, visitaràs centres i aprendràs la nostra proposta i la didàctica que hi ha al darrere. Pas a pas, aniràs agafant autonomia fins a acompanyar els teus propis centres.

També faràs seguiment d'aquests centres. No és una feina comercial: el focus és que cada centre implementi bé Innovamat i que cada docent se senti acompanyat.

El teu dia a dia a Innovamat 🏁

  • Preparar i facilitar formacions per a docents de Secundària, primer al costat d'un/a company/a sènior.
  • Visitar centres i observar classes per entendre com s'implementa la proposta a l'aula.
  • Resoldre dubtes didàctics i pràctics dels docents, presencialment i en línia.
  • Fer seguiment dels centres que t'assignem, amb una mirada formativa.
  • Portar la veu dels docents a l'equip: què funciona i què podem millorar.

Com aprendràs 🌱

No cal que ho sàpigues tot el primer dia. Tindràs un/a mentor/a i un pla per arribar-hi:

  1. Primers mesos · Aprens: formació interna en la proposta i en didàctica de les matemàtiques. Acompanyes formacions i visites.
  2. Després · Co-facilites: comparteixes formacions amb el teu mentor/a i comences a visitar centres amb suport.
  3. Al cap de sis mesos · Prens el relleu: lideres formacions i portes els teus primers centres.

Amb el temps, aspirem que esdevinguis una persona referent per als docents de la teva regió.

Què busquem en tu? 🔍

  • Grau en Matemàtiques, Física, Enginyeria o similar.
  • Màster de Professorat de Secundària (especialitat Matemàtiques o Tecnologia), acabat o en curs.
  • Ganes d'aprendre didàctica de les matemàtiques a fons.
  • Facilitat per comunicar-te i ganes de parlar en públic. Per fer-ho necessitem un alt nivell en català.
  • Carnet de conduir B per trasladar-te als centres educatius de Catalunya.
  • Curiositat, proximitat i humilitat per aprendre del feedback.

Valorarem: les pràctiques del màster, classes particulars, monitoratge, divulgació matemàtica o qualsevol experiència ensenyant.
