Das Innovate-Werk in Naumburg/Saale produziert Feuchttücher für die Bereiche Medizinprodukte, Desinfektion, Kosmetik, Körperpflege und Reinigung.

Werden Sie Teil unseres Vertriebsteams und bringen Sie Ihre Stärken in ein wachsendes, zukunftsorientiertes Unternehmen ein. Als Mitarbeiter Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d) gestalten Sie aktiv unsere Kundenbeziehungen mit und tragen dazu bei, dass aus Anfragen echte Erfolge werden.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, bevorzugt in den Bereichen Groß- und Außenhandel, Industrie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in Vertrieb und/oder Kundenbetreuung/Kundenservice wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung im produzierenden Sektor vorteilhaft
  • Souveräner Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket, einem gängigen Warenwirtschaftssystem und weiteren EDV-Anwendungen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem motivierten Team
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Umsetzung der Umsatzvorgaben von Geschäftsführung und Vertriebsleitung
  • Betreuung und Neugewinnung von Kunden
  • Bearbeitung des Vertriebsprozesses von der Bestellung bis zur Rechnungslegung
  • Ansprechpartner für Anfragen, Fragen, Bestellungen und weitere Anliegen der zugeordneten Kunden
  • Erstellung und Ablage von Kalkulationen und Angeboten
  • Überwachung von Kontrakten und Preisbindungen
  • Einleitung von Folge-Kontrakten
  • Unterstützung des Produkt- und Projektmanagements
  • Kundenkommunikation sowie Führen von Verhandlungen via Telefon und Online-Meeting
