Vi på Innovative Sales söker nu en driven och engagerad ledare som vill vara med och utveckla våra team och ta verksamheten framåt. Vi söker dig som har god erfarenhet av fältförsäljning, ett starkt driv och ett intresse för ledarskap. Du motiveras av att utveckla människor, skapa resultat och bygga team som tillsammans når sina mål. Om rollen Som säljchef inom Fieldmarketing ansvarar du för ett team på cirka 20-25 fältsäljare. Du arbetar aktivt med att coacha, motivera och utveckla teamet, följa upp försäljningen och säkerställa att teamet når uppsatta mål och budgetar. Du arbetar nära försäljningschef, rekrytering, HR och ledning för att utveckla verksamheten och ge teamet rätt förutsättningar att lyckas. Rollen kombinerar operativt ledarskap med egen fältförsäljning och ett övergripande ansvar för teamets resultat, kvalitet och utveckling. Vi söker dig som

Har erfarenhet fältförsäljning.

Har erfarenhet av ledarskap och drivs av att utveckla andra.

Är resultatinriktad och van vid att arbeta mot tydliga mål och budgetar.

Är kommunikativ, engagerad och har förmågan att motivera människor.

Är strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och trivs i ett högt tempo.
