Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt beim Aufbau unseres Marketings und unserer Sichtbarkeit und arbeitest direkt mit dem Head of Growth zusammen.
  • Du betreust unseren LinkedIn-Auftritt mit und entwickelst neue Formate.
  • Du erstellst Designs, Grafiken und Videos für Social Media und E-Mail-Kampagnen und schreibst die passenden Texte dazu.
  • Du gestaltest Vertriebs- und Marketingunterlagen wie OnePager, Präsentationen und Factsheets.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Durchführung von Events und Webinaren und hältst sie in Fotos und Videos fest.
  • Du wertest Kampagnen und Beiträge aus und leitest Verbesserungen ab.
  • Du pflegst Inhalte auf unserer Website und in unserem Intranet.

Profil

  • Du studierst Kommunikationswissenschaft, Medien- und Kommunikationsmanagement, Marketing oder BWL mit Schwerpunkt Marketing.
  • Du gehst sicher mit Canva und PowerPoint um.
  • Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung mit der Adobe Creative Cloud und im Videoschnitt mit, etwa mit Premiere oder CapCut.
  • Kenntnisse in SharePoint, WordPress oder Webdesign sind ein Plus.
  • Du nutzt KI-Tools wie Claude, ChatGPT oder Canva KI selbstverständlich im Arbeitsalltag.
  • Du hast ein gutes Auge für Gestaltung und setzt ein bestehendes Corporate Design sauber um.
  • Du schreibst sicher auf Deutsch (C2-Niveau).
  • Du kannst mindestens 12 Monate bei uns bleiben.
