Atuar na sustentação funcional dos sistemas corporativos, realizando análises de média e alta complexidade;Atuar com os sistemas SOUL MV / MVPEP / PAINEL DE INDICADORES / MVGE / VIVACELevantar, analisar e validar requisitos funcionais junto às áreas de negócio;Mapear processos assistenciais, administrativos e operacionais propondo melhorias sistêmicas;Executar parametrizações de média e alta complexidade nos sistemas corporativos;Conduzir testes funcionais, homologações e análises de impacto decorrentes de novas implantações ou alterações sistêmicas;Elaborar documentação funcional, fluxos de processos e especificações técnicas para desenvolvimento e integrações;Desenvolver relatórios gerenciais e operacionais conforme as necessidades do negócio;Elaborar e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho relacionados aos processos e sistemas;Ministrar treinamentos aos usuários finais e multiplicadores;Participar de projetos de implantação, atualização e melhoria dos sistemas corporativos;Atuar em conjunto com fornecedores na análise e resolução de problemas; Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua nos processos organizacionais e propor soluções tecnológicas.

Requisitos e qualificações · Ensino Superior completo em TI, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia, ou correlatas.Certificações Desejáveis:· ITIL Foundation;· Fundamentos em Banco de Dados SQL· Desejável Certificação ou treinamento em ERP Hospitalar (MV, Tasy ou equivalente)
