Planejar, organizar, supervisionar e acompanhar as atividades diárias da CME, garantindo a qualidade e a segurança dos processos de limpeza, preparo, esterilização, armazenamento e distribuição de produtos para saúde; Gerenciar a equipe de enfermagem, elaborar escalas, orientar profissionais e acompanhar novos colaboradores;Controlar estoques, inventários, materiais, instrumentais e roupas estéreis, assegurando o atendimento à programação cirúrgica;Monitorar testes e indicadores de desempenho, acompanhar a manutenção e a qualificação dos equipamentos, garantir o cumprimento dos protocolos, normas de biossegurança e uso de EPIs;Elaborar relatórios, realizar passagem de plantão, acompanhar intercorrências, priorizar demandas e reprocessamentos, além de participar da elaboração e atualização de POPs, treinamentos e ações de prevenção e controle de infecções.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEspecialização completa com experiência mínima de 2 anos;Coren ativo.
