Was du bei uns bewegen kannst

  • Du baust und verwaltest Kubernetes-Plattformen für Enterprise-Kunden, auf denen andere Teams ihre Anwendungen betreiben. Vom Multi-Tenant-Setup bis zur Skalierung auf 100+ Cluster.
  • Internal Developer Platforms entwickelst du mit Tools wie Backstage und Crossplane, damit Entwicklungsteams über Self-Service-Workflows ihre Infrastruktur eigenständig provisionieren können.
  • Du gestaltest Infrastructure as Code, GitOps-Workflows und Networking als Teil der Plattform. Ob Cilium, Istio oder klassische Gateway-Konfigurationen, du weißt, welche Lösung zum Kunden passt.
  • In Go und Python entwickelst du Tooling, das Plattform-Teams das Leben leichter macht. Von den Custom Operatoren über CLI-Tools bis zu Admission Webhooks.
  • KI-gestützte Entwicklungstools wie Code-Assistenten oder automatisierte Code-Reviews setzt du gezielt ein, um repetitive Infrastrukturaufgaben zu beschleunigen.
  • In wechselnden Kundenprojekten siehst du unterschiedliche Architekturen und Herausforderungen. Du hast Einfluss darauf, welche Projekte du übernimmst und kannst deinen fachlichen Schwerpunkt jederzeit verlagern.

In unseren Projekten verwenden wir häufig folgende Technologien:

  • Kubernetes, Karpenter, Cilium, Envoy, Istio, Go
  • OpenTofu, Ansible, Crossplane, Argo CD, Helm
  • Open Telemetry, Grafana Stack, VictoriaMetrics
  • AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, STACKIT

Intern wie extern kannst du dich bei uns auf vielfältige Art einbringen: Deinen anfangs gewählten technologischen Schwerpunkt kannst du jederzeit verlagern. Als Expert:in im Bereich Engineering hast du außerdem die Möglichkeit, jüngere Kolleg:innen durch Mentoring zu unterstützen.

Ob du ein Studium oder eine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich abgeschlossen hast, ist für uns nebensächlich – für uns zählen deine fachlichen Skills und deine Persönlichkeit:

  • Du hast fundierte Kubernetes-Erfahrung im produktiven Betrieb und weißt, was passiert, wenn ein Cluster unter echtem Traffic steht.
  • Durch dein tiefes Verständnis für die Arbeitsweise von Entwickler:innen gestaltest du Internal Developer Platforms inklusive Golden Paths sowie Self-Service-Workflows und vertrittst diesen Plattform-Ansatz überzeugend gegenüber allen Stakeholdern.
  • GitOps-Workflows hast du implementiert und kennst die typischen Hürden (Drift, Secret-Management, Multi-Cluster-Sync).
  • Go oder Python für Tooling und Automatisierung gehören zu deinem Alltag. Du denkst dabei in wiederverwendbaren Plattform-Bausteinen, nicht in einmaligen Einzellösungen.
  • Du nutzt KI-gestützte Entwicklungstools produktiv und verstehst, wie generative KI die Engineering-Workflows nachhaltig verändert. Ebenfalls kannst du komplexe technische Zusammenhänge verständlich an fachfremde Ansprechpartner:innen vermitteln.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung (mind. Level C1), gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
