  • Gemeinsam mit deinem agilen, cross-funktionalen Projektteam hilfst du unseren Kunden aus unterschiedlichen Branchen, ihre Daten nutzbar zu machen.
  • Dein Job beginnt nicht erst mit der Entwicklung von Datenprojekten: Du stimmst dich eng mit unseren Kunden ab und berätst sie in Bezug auf die technische Machbarkeit und die konkrete Umsetzung ihrer digitalen Innovationen.
  • Als Data Engineer* / Machine Learning Engineer* gestaltest du das Fundament für spätere Analysen sowie data-driven Services und entwickelst skalierbare, robuste und wartbare Architekturen.
  • Du konzipierst und implementierst Datenplattformen, Datenverarbeitungsprozesse und Daten-Services als hochskalierbare, verteilte Systeme in der Cloud, on premises oder hybrid.
  • Du bist Expert:in für die Ende-zu-Ende-Integration von Daten-/ETL-Pipelines und das Deployment von Machine-Learning-Modellen bis hin zur Bereitstellung der Ergebnisse innerhalb bestehender IT-Systeme.
  • Komplexe technische Inhalte vermittelst du auch nicht-technischen Ansprechpartner:innen verständlich und bringst dich aktiv in Workshops, Präsentationen und Kundenmeetings ein.

In unseren Projekten verwenden wir häufig folgende Technologien:

  • Python, SQL, Java
  • Relationale und NoSQL-Datenbanken
  • FastAPI, Flask
  • Databricks, Spark, Kafka, Airflow, dbt, BigQuery oder Snowflake
  • AWS, GCP, Azure
  • Docker, Kubernetes

Intern wie extern kannst du dich bei uns auf vielfältige Art einbringen: Deinen anfangs gewählten Schwerpunkt kannst du jederzeit verlagern.

Wer gut zu uns passen würde

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im MINT-Bereich oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang und konntest mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung sammeln. Zudem bringst du erweiterte Kenntnisse in mehreren der oben genannten Technologien mit.
  • In der schnelllebigen Data & AI Tooling-Landschaft behältst du den Überblick. Du begeisterst dich dafür, neueste ML-Lösungen lauffähig in den Praxisbetrieb unserer Kunden zu implementieren und schreckst nicht davor zurück, Aufgaben in Infrastruktur, Backend oder Frontend zu übernehmen.
  • Dein langfristiges Ziel ist es, Expert:in für Datenarchitekturen und -modellierung in mindestens einer Cloud zu werden.
  • Du hast den Anspruch, dich in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten und sie in Bezug auf den Projekteinsatz zu prüfen. Dein Wissen teilst du gern mit deinen Kolleg:innen und in Workshops oder Präsentationen beim Kunden.
  • Dank Empathie und einem guten Gespür für Menschen baust du bei unseren Kunden vertrauensvolle Beziehungen auf. Du erkennst, worauf es im Projektkontext und bei unseren Kunden wirklich ankommt.
  • Du kannst gut priorisieren und hast ein Gespür für die richtige Balance zwischen Pragmatismus und Perfektionismus.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung (mind. Level C1), gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
