Was dich bei uns erwartet

Aufbau & Umzug gestalten: Zunächst liegt der Hauptfokus auf der Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung unseres Umzugs in unser neues Büro im Osten Münchens. Du bringst dich aktiv bei der Gestaltung der neuen Flächen ein, ordnest Bereiche sinnvoll an und stellst sicher, dass unser neuer Standort von Anfang an optimal strukturiert und betriebsbereit ist.

Reibungsloser Büroalltag & Standortverantwortung: Nach dem erfolgreichen Einzug übernimmst du das Ruder im Regelbetrieb: Als Office Manager:in sorgst du dafür, dass an unserem neuen Standort im Osten Münchens alles reibungslos läuft und interne Abläufe effizient sowie professionell organisiert sind. Du bringst Struktur sowie den Weitblick mit und stellst sicher, dass Prozesse nicht nur funktionieren, sondern sich stetig weiterentwickeln.

Reisemanagement: Du bist verantwortlich für das in- und ausländische Reisemanagement – von der Planung und Buchung über die Abrechnung bis hin zur Nachbereitung. Dabei optimierst und entwickelst du bestehende Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter, mit Blick auf Effizienz, Kosten und Qualität.

Ticketsystem & Rechnungsbearbeitung: Ebenfalls übernimmst du die standortübergreifende Bearbeitung des Ticketsystems für unser Team inovex und behältst die dazugehörige Rechnungsbearbeitung zuverlässig im Blick.

Administration, Wohlfühlatmosphäre & Facility Management: Du schaffst eine angenehme und strukturierte Arbeitsatmosphäre, indem du Besprechungs- und Gemeinschaftsräume im Blick behältst. Zudem koordinierst du im Bereich Facility Management unsere Dienstleister wie z.B. Reinigungspersonal, Handwerksbetriebe oder die Hausverwaltung und kümmerst dich um alles, was den Standort zuverlässig am Laufen hält.

Wer gut zu uns passen würde

Ausbildung & Erfahrung: Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Office-, Backoffice- oder Travel-Management mit. Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung bei der Organisation von Büroumzügen oder dem Aufbau neuer Standortstrukturen gesammelt.

Organisations- & Gestaltungstalent: Als selbstorganisiertes, vorausschauendes Organisationstalent mit einem Blick für Raum und Struktur, behältst du auch in turbulenten Umzugsphasen den Überblick, arbeitest eigenständig sowie verantwortungsbewusst und bringst neue Impulse zur Optimierung bestehender Prozesse ein.

Digitale Tools: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Google Workspace und bewegst dich souverän in digitalen Tools und Prozessen.

Sprachkenntnisse & Flexibilität: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau) setzen wir voraus, gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab. Gelegentliche Reisetätigkeiten (z. B. zur Einarbeitung oder zum Austausch mit anderen Standorten) sind für dich kein Problem.
