  • Skalierbare Datenfundamente schaffen: In cross-funktionalen Projektteams arbeitest du für Kunden verschiedener Branchen. Ihr brecht Daten-Silos auf, baut solide Infrastrukturen und schafft damit die technische Basis für datengetriebene Services und nachhaltigen KI-Einsatz.
  • Beratung auf Augenhöhe: Dein Job beginnt vor dem Code. Du begleitest deine Kunden partnerschaftlich von der ersten Idee über die technische Machbarkeitsanalyse bis zur Umsetzung.
  • Plattform-Evolution & Cloud-Migration: Beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung moderner Datenplattformen übernimmst du die architektonische Verantwortung. Gewachsene On-Premises-Architekturen und klassische Data Warehouses migrierst du strukturiert in die flexible, cloudbasierte Umgebung von Microsoft Fabric.
  • End-to-End Engineering & Lakehouse-Architektur: Mit Fabric Data Factory, OneLake und Notebooks implementierst du hocheffiziente ETL-/ELT-Pipelines und strukturierst Lakehouses nach Medaillon-Paradigmen. Es ist dein Anspruch, höchste Standards bei Datensicherheit und Governance sicherzustellen.
  • Wissen teilen & gemeinsam wachsen: Als erfahrene:r Sparringspartner:in schaffst du ein Umfeld, in dem sich jüngere Kolleg:innen optimal entwickeln können. Du begleitest sie durch wertschätzendes Mentoring und gestaltest unseren technologischen Footprint im Bereich Microsoft Fabric aktiv mit.

Wer gut zu uns passen würde

  • Expertise im Data Engineering: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im MINT-Bereich oder in einem vergleichbaren Studienfach und mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Data Engineering.
  • Fundiertes Know-how in Fabric/Azure: Deinen technologischen Schwerpunkt hast du bewusst im Fabric- und Azure-Ökosystem gesetzt, um Daten nahtlos für Analytics und KI bereitzustellen. Insbesondere im Umgang mit Lakehouses, Dataflows, Data Pipelines, Azure Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, OneLake und Delta Lake bist du routiniert.
  • Clean Code & Tooling-Effizienz: Mithilfe deiner Expertise in Python (insb. PySpark) und T-SQL entwickelst du performante, produktive Daten-Pipelines. CodeAI und KI-gestützte Tools nutzt du dabei souverän im Alltag – sei es zur Code-Generierung, für Reviews oder zur Automatisierung deiner Workflows.
  • Architektur-Erfahrung & Cloud-Migration: Du konzipierst größere Datenarchitekturen in der Cloud mit sicherem Blick fürs Ganze. Es reizt dich, klassische On-Premises-Systeme strukturiert abzulösen und in moderne Cloud-Infrastrukturen zu überführen.
  • Sprachkompetenz: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
