Om oss Inpac är en Lundabaserad kontraktstillverkare för kosttillskott, sportnutrition, probiotika och läkemedel. Vi växer snabbt och flyttade in i vår nybyggda fabrik i Lund våren 2024. Vi är ca 75 anställda och har en omsättning på ca 360 MSEK. Vi är certifierade enligt FSCC 22000 och ISO 9001 och vår läkemedelstillverkning är GMP-certifierad.

Om tjänsten

Vi söker nu en erfaren, tekniskt intresserad maskinoperatör till vår produktion av probiotika och nutritionsprodukter.

Du arbetar med att köra, ställa in och övervaka produktions- maskin. I rollen ingår även omfattande dokumentation, kvalitetskontroller, felsökning, rengöring och förbättringsarbete enligt gällande läkemedels krav.

Du blir en viktig del av vårt team och bidrar till en säker, ren och effektiv produktion med höga krav på kvalitet, noggrannhet, spårbarhet och produktsäkerhet.

Arbetsuppgifter

● Köra, ställa in och övervaka produktions- och förpackningsmaskiner för probiotika och nutritionsprodukter.

● Genomföra omställningar och enklare felsökning.

● Dokumentera produktionen noggrant i batchprotokoll och produktionssystem.

● Utföra kvalitetskontroller och hantera avvikelser enligt gällande rutiner och kvalitetssystem.

● Följa GMP, hygienrutiner, klädregler, manualer, arbetsinstruktioner och övriga krav inom reglerad livsmedelsproduktion.

● Säkerställa att arbetet utförs enligt fastställda processer, instruktioner och kvalitetskrav.

● Rengöra, städa och sanera maskiner och produktionsutrymmen enligt gällande rengörings- och hygienrutiner.

● Utföra enklare underhåll och dagliga kontroller av produktionsutrustningen.

● Bidra till förbättringsarbete enligt Lean-principer.

● Säkerställa korrekt dokumentation, full spårbarhet och följsamhet till gällande instruktioner och krav.

● Rapportera avvikelser, driftstörningar och andra händelser enligt fastställda rutiner.

● Bidra till att säkerställa rätt kvalitet och sammansättning i produkter inom probiotika och nutrition.

Kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som har:

● Gymnasieutbildning, gärna med teknisk, industriell- eller läkemedelsinriktning.

● Minst fem års erfarenhet som teknisk maskinoperatör.

● Erfarenhet av GMP-styrd livsmedelsproduktion, probiotikaproduktion, nutritionsproduktion eller annan reglerad tillverkningsindustri.

● Erfarenhet av arbete med batchdokumentation och produktionsdokumentation.

● Erfarenhet av arbete enligt kvalitetssystem och dokumentationskrav inom livsmedelsindustrin eller annan reglerad industri.

● Erfarenhet av Lean och förbättringsarbete.

● God teknisk förståelse och ett genuint intresse för maskiner och produktionsprocesser.

● God datorvana.

● Mycket god svenska i tal och skrift samt god läsförståelse.

● Förmåga att följa detaljerade instruktioner och arbeta noggrant i en reglerad miljö.

● Förståelse för vikten av kvalitet, hygien, spårbarhet och produktsäkerhet vid tillverkning av probiotika och nutritionsprodukter.

Personliga egenskaper

Du är noggrann, ansvarstagande och kvalitetsmedveten. Du arbetar strukturerat och förstår vikten av att följa rutiner, dokumentera korrekt och säkerställa full spårbarhet i produktionen.

Du är lösningsorienterad, tekniskt intresserad och tar egna initiativ inom ramen för gällande instruktioner och rutiner. Du samarbetar bra med andra och bidrar till en positiv arbetsmiljö där kvalitet, hygien, säkerhet och ständiga förbättringar står i centrum.
