Atuar na área de PPCM, auxiliando nas atividades relativas ao Planejamento, Controle e Programação dos processos de manutenção e de materiais; cooperando nas atividades operacionais de elaboração e acompanhamento de cronogramas e outros controles; apoiando a análise de planejamento, controle e programação de manutenção preventiva, bem como realizando demais atividades correlatas e inerentes ao cargo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar nas identificações/tagueamento dos ativos da planta industrial;Manter e atualizar a identificação de ativos críticos na planta industrial através de placas de MTBF e Impedimentos;Colaborar no controle dos níveis de insumos necessários para a manutenção, realizando o pedido de compra/aquisição junto à área responsável para continuidade do processo;Manter a organização dos documentos do setor arquivando, numerando e classificando-os;Organizar e controlar materiais de escritório, solicitando reposição quando necessário, visando garantir a disponibilidade dos recursos;Apoiar e executar processos administrativos de menor complexidade, atendendo todos os setores da manutenção, zelando pela organização das informações nos sistemas;Auxiliar o gestor da área nas atividades administrativas e acompanhamento dos indicadores de desempenho;Identificar com informações pertinentes ao status da manutenção do ativo na oficina de manutenção;Auxiliar no processo de descomissionamento dos ativos via sistema CS, quando for desativado a operação em campo;Receber materiais/ativos de manutenção externa junto ao almoxarifado e comunicar o planejador;Realizar o acompanhamento dos envios de materiais/ativos para manutenção externa;Realizar o monitoramento e validação física do inventário e integridade de ativos reservas na unidade;Realizar a interface com manutenção local e equipe corporativa sobre necessidade de transferência de itens entre unidades/estoque corporativo;Elaborar relatório mensal de organização e limpeza de áreas e ativos correlatos;Controlar as ferramentas da ferramentaria (Inventário, reservas, devoluções e manter organizado de acordo com programa 5S);Emitir ordens de compras imediatas (OCI) via sistema CS;Emitir solicitações de compras de ferramentas para ferramentaria da unidade.Executar as atividades da função respeitando todas as normas e procedimentos de segurança, saúde e meio ambiente do trabalho, estabelecidos pela organização, bem como, utilizar constantemente todos os EPIs de uso obrigatório no desenvolvimento das atividades do cargo e do setor. Tendo a responsabilidade de informar ao seu superior imediato qualquer atividade que apresente risco a sua saúde ou dos demais colegas de trabalho;Exercer as atividades em comum acordo com os valores, políticas, diretrizes, procedimentos e processos da empresa, sempre focando nas metas organizacionais, e mantendo sigilo e protegendo as informações da companhia;Manter a disciplina no programa 5S, objetivando um trabalho seguro por meio da manutenção da organização, padronização e limpeza do ambiente de trabalho, através de auditorias internas e externas do setor.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo Ensino Superior em Andamento (Desejável) Experiencia com rotinas administrativas Informações adicionaisBenefícios: Vale alimentação; Plano de saúde (Unimed); Plano odontológico; Vale transporte; PPR; Gympass; Refeição na empresa.
