Aktuell suchen wir im Auftrag eines unserer exklusiven Kunden nach einem Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) im Raum Titisee.

  • Eigenständiges Rüsten, Einrichten und Programmieren von CNC-Drehmaschinen
  • Einfahren, Optimieren und Betreuen von Neu- und Serienteilen
  • Steuerung, Überwachung und Dokumentation der Fertigungsprozesse
  • Durchführung von Maßkorrekturen sowie Werkzeugwechsel
  • Optimierung von Werkzeugen bei Neu- und Serienteilen
  • Selbstständige Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen bei Qualitätsabweichungen
  • Erkennen, Bewerten und Lenken fehlerhafter Produkte nach Vorgabe
  • Dokumentation von Störungen und Produktionsabweichungen
  • Mitarbeit bei Prozessverbesserungen und Taktzeitoptimierungen gemeinsam mit Kollegen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker:in, Industriemechaniker:in oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Technisches und organisatorisches Verständnis sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Bereitschaft, sich in neue Themen und Abläufe einzuarbeiten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und sorgfältiger Umgang mit Produkten und Prozessen
  • Flexibilität sowie Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
