Das erwartet dich ##

  • Administrative Abwicklung der Stellenausschreibungen: Stelleninserate erfassen, prüfen und auf verschiedenen Jobplattformen publizieren
  • Administration des Bewerbermanagements und Kommunikation mit Bewerbenden
  • Umsetzung des Release-Wechsels auf die neue Umantis-Version - von Konfiguration und Tests bis zum Go-live
  • Systemverantwortung für Umantis im Recruiting: sicherstellen, dass das Tool laufend auf dem neusten Stand ist, sowie Support und Schulung der Anwendenden
  • Mitarbeit beim Aufbau und bei der Weiterentwicklung der Recruiting-Prozesse

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Erfahrung im Recruiting oder Bewerbermanagement, vorzugsweise in einer grösseren Organisation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse von Bewerbermanagementsystemen (idealerweise Umantis) und Erfahrung mit Systemeinführungen oder Releases
  • Hohe IT-Affinität und Freude daran, Prozesse zu vereinfachen
  • Serviceorientierung und die Fähigkeit, technische Themen verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Freude an administrativen Aufgaben, eine sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Diskretion im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
  • Strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise und Lust, mit der Funktion zu wachsen
