Die Notfallzentren Erwachsene und Kinder / Jugendliche des Inselspitals sind 24 Stunden pro Tag an 365 Tagen pro Jahr geöffnet. Das Patientenmanagement unterstützt das Behandlungsteam rund um die im administrativen Bereich. Sie Verstärken unser Team in den Notfallzentren Erwachsene und Kinder / Jugendliche im 24h Schichtbetrieb.

Das erwartet Sie

  • Sie erfassen und pflegen Patientendaten zuverlässig in den Systemen Epic und SAP IS\-H
  • Sie stellen die Kostensicherung bei Notfalleintritten sicher und unterstützen damit einen reibungslosen administrativen Ablauf
  • Sie übernehmen im Nachtbetrieb die Betreuung der Telefonzentrale des Inselspitals und sind eine wichtige Anlaufstelle für interne und externe Anfragen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in administrativen Tätigkeiten, idealerweise im Spital\- oder Gesundheitsumfeld, und bringen Grundkenntnisse im Sozialversicherungsbereich mit
  • Sie bewahren auch in hektischen Situationen Ruhe, arbeiten strukturiert und behalten den Überblick
  • Sie verfügen über gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse und sind sicher im Umgang mit digitalen Anwendungen
  • Sie kommunizieren professionell und freundlich mit Patientinnen und Patienten sowie Angehörigen in Deutsch, Englisch und ösisch
  • Sie sind flexibel und bereit, im 24/7\-Schichtbetrieb \-, Spät\- und Nachtdienste sowie Einsätze an Wochenenden und Feiertagen zu übernehmen
