Die Universitätsklinik und Poliklinik für Allgemeine Innere Medizin stellt als eine der grössten Inselkliniken die universitäre stationäre und ambulante allgemeininternistische Versorgung der Region Bern sicher. Nebst der interdisziplinären und -professionellen Patientenbetreuung, ist die Klinik stark in Weiterbildung, klinischer Forschung und universitärer Lehre involviert und verfügt national wie international über viele Kontakte. Das Direktionssekretariat ist dabei der operative \<\\> der Klinik, welcher nicht nur die vielfältigen Aktivitäten des Klinikdirektors koordiniert und unterstützt, sondern auch vitale Aufgaben in der Klinikorganisation wahrnimmt.

**Das erwartet Sie**

* Leitung des Direktionssekretariats * Koordination, Planung (inkl. Termine) und Organisation der verschiedenen Tätigkeiten des Klinikdirektors in Klinik, Forschung, Lehre und Weiter-/Fortbildung * Leitung der klinikinternen medizinischen Sekretariate * Wichtige Schnittstellenfunktion zur spitalinternen und universitären Administration * Personal- und Finanzaufgaben (Insel Gruppe und Universität Bern) * Organisation von internen und externen Anlässen * Einsatzplanung (Visiten, Dienste, Weiterbildung) der Kaderärzte * Leistungserfassung stationärer und ambulanter \<\\>patienten

**Das bringen Sie mit**

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung EFZ oder vergleichbare Grundausbildung * Weiterbildung zur Direktionsassistent:in von Vorteil, aber nicht Bedingung * Souveränes Auftreten, hohe Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität * Kommunikations-, Führungs- und Organisationstalent * Grosse Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion * Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse der MS Office-Palette * Stilsicheres Deutsch und gute Kenntnisse in Französisch und Englisch * Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Stellung im Gesundheitswesen von Vorteil
