Das erwartet Sie

  • Direkte Pflege auf der Stroke Unit mit umfassender Betreuung und Überwachung von Patient:innen mit komplexen Schlaganfällen und/oder neurologischen Erkrankungen
  • Verantwortung für definierte Teilbereiche, gemeinsam mit der Teamleitung und der Pflegeexpertin, für eine qualitativ hochstehende und evidenzbasierte Pflege
  • Mitgestaltung von Standards und Leitlinien sowie deren Transfer in komplexe Patientensituationen, unter Einbringung Ihrer vertieften Fachkompetenz
  • Koordination des Patientenprozesses in interdisziplinärer und interprofessioneller Zusammenarbeit
  • Beratung, Unterstützung und Befähigung von Teammitgliedern bei komplexen pflegerischen Fragestellungen sowie Stärkung der interdisziplinären und interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachperson HF oder BScN, vorzugsweise ergänzt mit einem IMC\-Lehrgang oder NDS in Intensiv\-, Notfall\- oder Anästhesiepflege oder einer pflegefachspezifische Weiterbildung (CAS, DAS, Höhere Fachprüfung) bzw. die Bereitschaft, eine dieser Weiterbildungen zu absolvieren
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Zuverlässige, belastbare Persönlichkeit
  • Vertiefte Kompetenzen in klinischer Entscheidungsfindung, Patientenedukation und Gesprächsführung sowie in der Beratung und Befähigung von Pflegefachpersonen und in der interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit
