Das Team Workplace \& Collaboration verantwortet die Bereitstellung, den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung der digitalen Arbeitsplatz- und Kollaborationslösungen, in Zusammenhang mit EPIC. Es stellt sicher, dass Mitarbeitende jederzeit sicher, effizient und standortunabhängig zusammenarbeiten können. EPIC ist eines der weltweiten führenden Krankenhaus-Informationssysteme und unterstützt die digitale Verwaltung und Dokumentation von Patienteninformationen sowie klinische und administrativen Prozesse. Als Epic Client System Administrator/in bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Workplace \& Collaboration und EPIC. Du stellst sicher, dass die EPIC-Arbeitsplatzlösung optimal integriert, betrieben und kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt werden.

**Das erwartet dich**

* Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Epic-Drucker- und Clientlandschaft * Betrieb und Überwachung der Epic- Drucker- und Clientinfrastruktur * Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit und Performance von Epic Hyperspace Clients * Analyse und Behebung von Epic Client- und Epic Printing Störungen * Mitarbeit bei Epic-Upgrades und Systemerweiterungen * Unterstützung im Change, Problem- und Incident Management (Mitarbeit im technischen Support 2nd/3rd Level) * Mitgestaltung in der Architektur sowie Integration und Einhaltung der Sicherheitsbestimmungen * Führen und Umsetzen der Release Planung sowie der Integration digitaler Arbeitsplatzlösungen * Durchführung des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses * Beratung und Schulung der Stakeholder, Führen der Dokumentation und Inventardaten

**Das bringst du mit**

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, vorzugsweise als System Administrator Informatik * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb von Windows basierten Infrastrukturen * Vorzugsweise Erfahrung im Umfeld von EPIC Epic Client System Administrator/in oder die verbindliche Bereitschaft, die entsprechenden Zertifizierung zeitnah zu absolvieren * Erfahrungen im Bereich Server- und Citrix Umgebungen * Ausgewiesene Erfahrung im Incident, Problem, Change und Release Management (ITIL) * Offene Persönlichkeit, hohes Mass an Kommunikationsfähigkeit * Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Fähigkeit, eigenständig Anforderungen aus der ICT sowie aus dem Business abzuklären und erfolgreich umzusetzen * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
