Wir pflegen und behandeln Patientinnen und Patienten mit einer Nierenproblematik, mit Nierenersatzverfahren und nach Nierentransplantationen mit diversen medizinischen Krankheitsbildern und chirurgischen Eingriffen.

**Das erwartet Sie**

* Podologische Behandlung im Hochrisikokollektiv von ambulanten und stationären Patient:innen mit Nierenerkrankungen * Systematische Kontrollen der Füsse von nephrologischen Patient:innen * Fachkompetente podologische Beratung von Patient:innen und deren Angehörigen * Dokumentation und fotografische Erfassung der podologischen Behandlungen * Sie erstellen Terminpläne, kommunizieren direkt mit dem Pflegepersonal und arbeiten bei Bedarf mit den Wundexpert:innen und Ärzt:innen zusammen

**Das bringen Sie mit**

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der medizinischen Podologie * Soziale und persönliche Kompetenz im Umgang mit langjährig chronisch kranken Patient:innen * Sie sind kommunikativ und selbstständiges Arbeiten gewohnt. * Sie legen Wert auf eine konstruktive interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit
