Als Teil des grössten universitären Spitals der Schweiz behandeln wir Patient:innen aus der ganzen Schweiz -- von der alltäglichen Hauterkrankung bis zum komplexen Spezialfall.

Hinter jeder gut funktionierenden Klinik steht eine starke Administration -- unser Team sorgt für stabile Abläufe, handelt professionell und unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung des Betriebs. Als zentrale Drehscheibe und Anlaufstelle für sämtliche Mitarbeitenden nimmt das Direktionssekretariat eine wichtige Rolle innerhalb der Klinik ein.

**Das erwartet Sie**

* Tagesverantwortung für das Direktionssekretariat sowie Stellvertretung der Leiterin Administration / Assistentin des Klinikdirektors * Protokollführung, Erstellung von Berichten, Präsentationen, Dokumentationen und Sitzungsunterlagen * Organisation von Fortbildungen, Veranstaltungen und Patientenschulungen * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Klinikwebsite * Unterstützung in der internen und externen Kommunikation sowie ICT-Support für die Mitarbeitenden der Klinik * Erfassung und Pflege von Stammdaten, Publikationen und Lehrleistungen sowie Koordination des Gerätemanagements und Bearbeitung von Rechnungen

**Das bringen Sie mit**

* Kaufmännische Grundausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen * Hohe IT-Affinität und sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel * Rasche Auffassungsgabe, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und das Talent, viele Fäden gleichzeitig in der Hand zu halten * Hohes Mass an Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative * Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz, Diskretion und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen * Stilsicher in deutscher Sprache (Wort und Schrift); Französischkenntnisse sind ein \<\\>
