Willkommen im Notfallzentrum für Kinder und Jugendliche -- wir freuen uns auf Sie!

Rund um die Uhr sind wir für Kinder und Jugendliche unter 16 Jahren und ihre Familien da. Unser interprofessionelles Team behandelt Patient:innen aus dem gesamten medizinischen und chirurgischen Spektrum der Kindernotfallmedizin. Dabei leiten uns drei Werte: Respekt, Verantwortung und Exzellenz.

Für unser Führungsteam suchen wir eine Teamleiter: in, die diese Werte vorlebt und gemeinsam mit uns die Pflege im Notfall gestaltet und weiterentwickelt.

**Das erwartet Sie**

* Gemeinsam mit zwei weiteren Teamleitungen übernehmen Sie die personelle und organisatorische Leitung des Kindernotfallzentrums und stellen eine hochwertige, patientenorientierte Pflege sicher. * Sie entwickeln die Pflegequalität im Shared-Governance-Team weiter, gemeinsam mit den anderen Teamleitungen, der Pflegeexpert: in und den Berufsbildungsverantwortlichen. * Sie arbeiten eng mit allen beteiligten Berufsgruppen zusammen. * Sie bleiben nah am Geschehen und arbeiten teilweise in der direkten Pflege von Kindern und Jugendlichen.

**Das bringen Sie mit**

* Pflegediplom auf Tertiärstufe (Bachelor of Science in Pflege FH, dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF, DN II oder KWS) * Abgeschlossenes Nachdiplomstudium Expert:in Notfallpflege NDS HF von Vorteil * Berufserfahrung in der Pädiatrie, erste Führungserfahrung wünschenswert * Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Berufsgruppen * Engagement, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Entscheidungsfreude * Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Bereitschaft, sich fachlich und persönlich als Führungskraft weiterzuentwickeln
