The Operations Team

Your Role

What You'll Do

  • Customer contact. You answer questions via phone, email, and chat. You explain complex insurance policies in a way customers actually understand.
  • Onboarding. You guide new customers through the process so they're insured within 2 minutes — smooth, accurate, and personal.
  • Spot patterns. Noticing the same question coming up from customers? You flag it, work with the team, and help us improve the product for that market.
  • Administration. You keep customer data up to date, process policy changes, and never lose track of deadlines.

What You Bring

  • Fluent in English — written and spoken. Additional European languages are a big plus (we'd love to hear which ones you speak in your application).
  • You're organised, switch easily between tasks, and never miss a deadline.
  • You have a genuine customer-first mindset — you enjoy helping people, even when it's not straightforward.
  • Entrepreneurial by nature — you thrive in a scale-up where not everything is figured out yet, and that excites rather than frustrates you.
  • Willing to obtain a relevant certification as part of your professional development. We pay for it and guide you through it.
