Le poste

Dans le cadre d’un CDD, nous recherchons un(e) expert(e) de la consolidation pour piloter l’avant-vente clôture et consolidation sur le marché français. Vous serez l’interlocuteur métier de référence dans nos cycles de vente et aiderez les DAF, directeurs de la consolidation et contrôleurs groupe à accélérer leur clôture, fiabiliser leurs comptes consolidés et répondre aux exigences IFRS et règles françaises.

La clôture et la consolidation représenteront l’essentiel de votre activité. Vous interviendrez également, selon les besoins, sur des sujets EPM plus larges comme le budget, le prévisionnel et le reporting.

Vos responsabilités

Clôture et consolidation

  • Animer les ateliers de découverte avec les équipes finance afin de comprendre leurs processus de clôture et de consolidation, leurs difficultés et leurs priorités.
  • Concevoir et présenter des démonstrations sur mesure : consolidation statutaire et de gestion, réconciliations et éliminations intragroupe, conversion des comptes en devises, mise en équivalence, intérêts minoritaires, variations de périmètre et tableau de flux de trésorerie consolidé.
  • Démontrer la conformité de nos solutions aux normes IFRS et aux règles françaises, ainsi que leur apport en matière de piste d’audit et de pilotage du calendrier de clôture.
  • Mener des POC et des ateliers à partir des données et de l’organigramme juridique du client.
  • Rédiger les réponses aux appels d’offres (RFI et RFP), en français et en anglais.
  • Travailler en binôme avec les commerciaux pour construire une proposition de valeur solide et qualifier rigoureusement les opportunités.

Accompagnement EPM

  • Appuyer les démonstrations budget, prévisionnel et reporting financier lorsque l’opportunité le requiert.
  • Relier la consolidation aux autres enjeux de la direction financière pour élargir le périmètre des projets.

Contribution à l’équipe

  • Maintenir à jour les scénarios et environnements de démonstration en français.
  • Partager votre connaissance du marché français et de la concurrence avec l’équipe avant-vente EMEA et les équipes produit.
  • Assurer une transmission fluide aux équipes de services professionnels après la signature.

Votre profil

  • Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en consolidation, en tant que consolideur, contrôleur groupe, auditeur ou consultant en intégration de solutions de consolidation.
  • Une maîtrise opérationnelle d’au moins un outil de consolidation : SAP BFC, CCH Tagetik, OneStream, Oracle HFM ou FCCS, Lucanet, Talentia, Sigma Conso ou équivalent.
  • Une solide expertise des mécanismes de consolidation légale et de gestion : éliminations intragroupe, conversion, mise en équivalence, intérêts minoritaires, flux de trésorerie consolidés.
  • Une bonne connaissance des normes IFRS et des règles françaises.
  • Des notions en budget, prévisionnel et reporting de gestion.
  • Une réelle aisance à présenter une solution et à animer des ateliers face à des interlocuteurs finance.
  • Un français courant et un anglais professionnel, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
  • Une disponibilité rapide et pour des déplacements chez les clients en France.

Les plus

  • DSCG, DEC ou diplôme équivalent.
  • Une première expérience en avant-vente chez un éditeur EPM ou CPM.
  • Une expérience des solutions de gestion de la clôture, de rapprochements de comptes ou de production de rapports financiers (disclosure management).
  • Une connaissance de la CSRD, du Pilier 2 ou d’autres obligations de reporting réglementaire.
  • Une pratique de la vente à la valeur (value selling) ou de MEDDPICC.

The salary range in France for this position is 71,000.00 to 89,000.00 EUR Annual.

For sales roles, this range includes the commission target. For non-sales roles, this is a base salary only range; additional bonus eligibility may apply.
